The right size as a starting point
With a modern machine park including planing benches, band saws and automatic cross-cut saws, we accurately reduce supplied wood to the desired size.
In addition, we optimise the wood by cutting out inferior parts. This increases the quality and yield of the end product.
Special sawing operations are also among the possibilities. A finely sawn surface gives wall and façade cladding a characterful, natural appearance, while the fit of planed wood is retained.
Profile planing
Technically strong in custom work
On more than 10,000 m² of production space, nine universal four-sided planing machines allow us to realise virtually any desired profile. A rough sketch or example is enough for our drawing and design department to design a suitable model.
Machining wood is an interplay between people and technology for us. Our professionals carefully sort and assess the wood, before and after processing, according to your quality requirements.
End-grain processing
Perfect fit down to the detail
A floorboard is only complete when the end grains have also been processed accurately. With three specialised installations, we mill tongue and groove in both the longitudinal and end-grain directions.
Whether it concerns fixed or variable lengths, we ensure a smooth surface and a perfect fit. Optimising by cutting out poor parts and removing end-grain cracks is done efficiently in a single operation.
